Disasters of the Day List

This is a new list I started yesterday when a new 86 lb. $600+ mattress was delivered to my door  a week early, without the "white-glove" service I also paid for.
My new 'Disaster of the Day List" puts things into perspective by having 3 columns: quick description, potential costs in time/money/my energy, and then possible Remedy Options. It is short, to the point, and poorly legible...just getting the stress out of my head and onto paper.

The point here is that often my artwork becomes a stressor as I anticipate disasters. I am going to try an adaptation to My Daily Disaster List to help me work through my fears of ruining my art as it progresses.
Do you have a strategy to get you past an art tremor?
